Securities regulation and capital market law

Securities Regulation and Capital Market is the core activity of Amato Avvocati. That is thanks to the strong institutional experience gained by its founder in Consob first and in Pwc and Deloitte later, ad Head of the Capital Market practice.

In particular, the law firm deal with the regulation concerning listed companies, such as Market Abuse, Mifid, Mifir, Micar, Emir, TUF, Issuer-Market-Intermediary Regulation, Stock Exchange Regulation and second level regulation issued by the stock exchanges.

Amato Avvocati also deal with IPOs. Public Takeover Bid, Related Party Transactions, Increase of Share Capital, Accelerated Bookbuilding, Issuance of bond, both regular and convertible. Banking Law is the other core activity of the law firm. In particular, Amato Avvocati deals with legal issues, concerning both primary and secondary regulation issued by the supervisory authorities. Moreover the firm advices banks, financial intermediaries, financial agents and brokers in doing mergers and acquisitions, increase of share capital, transformations, sale of corporate branches, drafting and negotiation of financial agency agreements

Energy law
